A foreclosure filing is not the end.It is the start of a clock.

Two questions, and I'll show you which ways out are still yours. Free, no sign-up, no catch.

I'm Nick — a local investor, not a bank and not the court. I never charge a homeowner a fee, and I'll tell you straight when selling isn't your best move.

Two questions, honest answer

Where do you stand?

Your options close one at a time, in the same order, every time — and nobody sends a letter when one shuts.

Pick a door. I'll meet you at it.

About the house 0 of 9 Answer what you know and I can give you real numbers on the first call instead of asking twenty questions. Rough guesses are fine.

Photograph or upload anything you've been sent: the foreclosure complaint, a letter from your lender, a payoff or reinstatement quote. I read the numbers off it myself so you don't have to look any of this up.

About your situation 0 of 6 The questions I'd otherwise spend the first ten minutes of our call asking. Skip any that don't apply.
Private, free, and read by me — not a call center.

Got it — thank you.

I read every one of these personally and I'll be in touch. If it can't wait, call (772) 237-1451 any time.

What I will never do

Foreclosure filings are public — that's how I found you, and how the scammers did too. Judge everyone in your inbox by this list, me included.

  • Charge you anything. Not a fee, not a commission, not a deposit. Ever.
  • Ask you to sign over your deed and stay in the house.
  • Show up at your door uninvited.
  • Ask for a bank account, a card, or a social security number.
  • Pressure you to sign on the spot, or refuse to let someone else read it first.
  • Tell you selling to me is your only option. It usually isn't.

If I ever do one of these, you should stop talking to me — and I'd rather say that plainly than have you wondering.
